          To Go Easy Tours, being a "Community Business" means more than just contributing to non-profit organizations, it means making the system of contributing an integral part of how we conduct business!

   Every Travel Booking with Go Easy Tours Mean's a Contribution to a Community Non-Profit Organization!

Go Easy Tours Community Giveback Program:
          Every booking with Go Easy Tours will earn a donation to a community non-profit organization. It's simple, when you purchase travel with Go Easy Tours* you help us in our effort to give back to communities via donations!

* Valid for all bookings via our inntopia booking system...bookings via other linked to sources may not apply.

What is the level of the Donations?
          Go Easy Tours will donate the following amounts:
          - $5 per night stay/2 night minimum for lodging or
                 packages of a value before taxes of  $70+ per night*
          - $3 per night stay/2 night minimum for lodging or
                 packages of a value before taxes under $70 per night*
          - $1 per room night stay with a 1 night stay

*Based on a maximum contribution of $50 per room night stay occurence.

Who will receive the Charitable Donation?
  You Decide!                Some Community Partners
          That's right, if you wish, you get to decide what non-profit organization receives the donation! At the time of your receiving the lodging property confirmation for your booking you will be asked if you have a non-profit organization you wish to have the donation be sent to. We will donate to this organization that you specify. If you do not specify an organization we will make the donation to the United Way or other non-profit charitible organization of our choice!

How will the Donation Be Made?
          Go Easy Tours will send the donation payment to the designated non-profit organization, usually within 30 days from the completion of the travel trip. 50% of the donation amount will be credited to you (Purchaser) and 50% to Go Easy Tours.

What if I Don't Wish to Donate, Will My Package Price be Cheaper?
  No. The package price is the price regardless of any donation. 
              The price of our packages has nothing to do with the fact that Go Easy Tours will be making a charitable donation. It's also important to note that Go Easy Tours will often offer the best price you will find! Our donation program is based on the fact that we wish to be a contributing business. While we feel we can give more when the total package cost is higher, this does not effect the price of lodging and packages we present our customers. We keep our lodging and package prices as low as possible in order to pass these low rates to our customers. Again, prices are very often better than the customer will find somewhere else. Our prices are almost always competitive with other travel sources.

What if I Don't Want to Designate a Non-Profit Donation Recipient?
  You Don't Have to!
                If you don't wish to designate a non-profit organization as the recipient of the donation, Go Easy Tours will designate the United Way or some other local non-profit organization.       

What if I Don't Want to be Mentioned in the Donation Notice?
    You won't be!
               If you don't wish to be mentioned, we will 1) Note you as an anonymous donor or if you want no association whatsoever,  2) Make 100% of the donation in the name of Go Easy Tours!

Note: While the donation is based on the desire of Go Easy Tours to be a community business...we offer our customers the opportunity to participate because we know many people get alot out of contributing. It's important to know that whether you "Participate" in the process or not, the contribution will remain the same as we have posted in this section. However, If we can help foster a "Community" environment as well as donate to charitable organizations we're pleased to help in this way as well! If you don't wish to participate this will not change our goal of contributing nor the amount of the contribution.

I work as a volunteer for a non-profit, How can I help get Donations from Go Easy Tours to my Organization?
   Advise Your Present Members or Donors of this Program!
               Many of your present members or donors may be people who like to travel to Southwest Colorado and Northern New Mexico for mountain or ski vacations. If they know of our program, when they book their trips, if they do so through Go Easy Tours and designate your organization as the recipient you will help your organization. Because we also often offer the best rates and always offer a competitive rate, your friends, family or organization donors and members will also get a great deal!

How would I get My Non-Profit Organization's Donor/Members to Arrange their Travel via Go Easy Tours?
    There is a lot you can do to advise donors of the Go Easy Tours Community Giveback Program!
               Below are some of the suggested actions you can take to get your organizations donor/members to arrange their travel with Go Easy Tours and take advantage of the Community Giveback Program:
          1) Advise of the Go Easy Tours Community Giveback
              program in your organizations newsletter.
          2) Advise of the Go Easy Tours Community Giveback
              program in your non-profit organization email
              newsletters.
          3) Include Information about the Go Easy Tours
              Community Giveback Program at any member functions.
          4) Include Information about the program in other
              member/donor mailings.
          5) Participate in our recipricol link program...we note on an
              attached "Participating Non-Profit" page your  
              organization, You link to www.goeasytours.com and refer
              to our opportunity for your members to donate via their 
              travel purchase!

Do you have other Fundraising Programs for Non-Profits?
   Yes, Go Easy Tours can also customize Special Group Events!
               At Go Easy Tours, we specialize in putting together mountain and/or ski vacations to Southwest, Colorado or Northern, New Mexico. Destinations include: Telluride, Durango Mountain and Angel Fire Resort areas as well as some quaint towns along the beautifully scenic San Juan Skyway!

How do the Special Group Fundraiser's Work?
           Go Easy Tours will utilize our relationships with the lodging and activity vendors in the area to get the best group rate possible building in our service fee for coordinating the trip. We will facilitate with the Non-Profit organization leaders, the activities and events that they wish to have take place. Also, once we have the group or per individual rate, we consult the non-profit leaders on what to mark this up to as a sale price. The difference between the cost rate and the marked-up rate becomes a donation to your organization! 

Example: Let's say a 2 night/2 day ski trip including lodging, motorcoach and  lift tickets has a cost of: $149 per person. If it was decided to mark this up to a sell rate of $229 per person, the extra $80 per person would then become the donation to your group! At 50 passengers on just one bus, you could earn $4000 per each full bus for your organization! The best part is that your organization is top of donors mind in a positive way as you have now provided a "Fun" way to donate!
