Groups: Have a group of 20 or more looking to make a trip? Submit a group quote request form or call and/or send us an email and we'll be happy to help you with arrangements. Individuals and Families: For trips where under 20 will be participating we recommend booking online in order to get your best deal. Note: extensive phone calls may incur a $25 service fee...again this is done to encourage use of the web site to help us keep costs low so that we can pass these savings on to you!
Businesses and Corporate Meetings: We work with many lodging properties that offer meeting space and can help customize almost any type of business meeting you wish to accomplish. We recommend you complete a group quote request form and we'll follow-up with you on this within 1-2 business days. The mountain areas of Angel Fire, Durango and Telluride offer fantastic locations to "Get Away From it All" and focus on your business needs while the recreational and cultural opportunities that are available in these destinations offer terrific leisure break opportunities. Based on the diversity of accommodations we can work with almost any size group on any size budget! Sales meetings, Board of Director retreats up to medium large conventions of 400-500 can be comfortably accommodated.
Family Reunions: The Southern Colorado/Northern New Mexico area offers very affordable options for fantastic family reunions. Our out of the way location can only further enhance the bonding and reconnecting with family members that occurs during these events. The focus is on each other and not a lot of outside distractions. Church Groups: Many of the lodging options available have a great deal of experience with church groups. Go Easy Tours can help match you up with the best lodging property for you based on budget, amenity needs and lodging availability. Clubs and Organizations: Need to plan an annual meeting location, special event or just go on a ski trip or other recreationally oriented event? Go Easy Tours can help plan it! Special Events: Anniversaries, weliings and parties of any type can be arranged. For smaller groups there are opportunities to rent a whole lodge and have it to yourself! From small, a dozen or so people, to Large 400-500 people...we have lodging options for you!
Incentive Awards: Want to reward employees for a job well done or for outside vendors or sales people for helping you reach sales quota's! How does Go Easy Tours provide
such great travel values to the Mountain Destinations?
We have attempted to create a web site that is intuitive and easy to navigate so that our guests can easily plan and book their trips completely on-line! The "My Itinerary" feature in particular is designed to allow guests to either book activities directly or when these are not available for online booking, capture pertinent information like cost and contact information so that the guest can easily contact the vendor directly to complete their reservation or ask a question. Many major activities are able to be booked online in our "My Itinerary" section. While we do have an 800# (1-866-467-1480) any bookings made over the phone are subject to a $25 service fee and you may not get as quick a response as you do with a traditional reservations service through this option. When booking online you have total control and get immediate confirmation of your booking.*
Another reason why we can provide great value is because of the relationships we have with key employees of the resort areas we sell. We have secured great rates and have limited our mark-ups in order to pass on the best deals possible.
*For some condominium and other properties due to the limited inventory you may get a delayed response either confirming or offering an alternative option before your booking will be completed. You may also have to submit an email request for these properties. You will be notified of these lodging types and delays at the time of attempted bookings.

1) Business/corporate discount program Businesses and/or corporations with more than 30 employees; who agree to share Go Easy Tours Travel information with their employees will earn a 10% discount on most lodging properties and are also eligible for Private VIP "Last Minute" special deals year-round to Go Easy Tours destinations. Travel information sharing can take the form of one or more of the following: a link to the Go Easy Tours web site on the company intranet, posting flyers in the workplace, listing the discount in the company newsletter and an informational insert in employee paychecks. Other suggested promotions by a company may be accepted as long as there is a legitimate effort to share information about Go Easy Tours with a companies employees. Companies that are accepted into the program will receive a booking code that their employees must use to automatically receive the discount when booking on-line. Note: Discounts are only available for guests that book their travel online at the www.goeasytours.com web site.
2) Service Industry discount program Service Industry employees will be recognized in a couple of ways. One, we will have special service industry employee VIP weeks and/or mid-week deals. These will be listed online on the web site in the lodging area and/or the Packages area and the discount will be valid when the authorized service industry discount code is used. The discounts will be 10% or more for these specials. Two, during all non-holiday Sunday- Wednesday Night stays we will pass on a 10% or higher discount when the service industry discount code is used. Booking discount codes are necessary to get the discount and will be sent to many of the western region service industry employers to share with their employees.
If you're employed in the service industry and your employer hasn't received or shared this information have them contact us to join the program. If your employer for some reason doesn't wish to join and share our discount program information we can still pass on the discount code individually to you with proof of employment in a service industry job. (Note: Service industry associations are also eligible to participate in the discount program...ie..a firefighters union, a police benevolent association etc...) Service industry Companies/associations that are accepted into the program will receive a booking code that their employees must use to automatically receive the discount when booking on-line. Note: Discounts are only available for guests that book their travel online at the www.goeasytours.com web site.
3) Military discount program Military personnel with a military id will earn a 10% discount on most lodging properties and are also eligible for Private VIP "Last Minute" special deals year-round to Go Easy Tours destinations. A military discount code will be sent to most military base recreational departments to share with military members on the base. If this is not relayed to you have someone in the base recreation office contact us to get this. Note: Discounts are only available for guests that book their travel online at the www.goeasytours.com web site.
4) Mature Adult (55+yrs old) discount program and Special social ski weeks are available at many of the mountain areas we service. We offer a 10% discount on already low lodging prices during these events to mature adults age 55+. In addition at the ski resorts, discounts are often available for mature adults on lift tickets and other products. Age requirements may vary. Discount codes will be available online at this site and will vary per event. The discount code listed must be used to obtain the lower price. Discount is only available when booked online.
5) Non-profit association/Club Fundraising program. Non-profit organizations who wish to find fun and lucrative fundraising opportunities need to look no further. Go Easy Tours has developed a program where the non-profit organization is given a booking code. They then promote the Go Easy Tours packages to organization members and others via their newsletters, email messages, newspaper ads etc...When a booking its made using the assigned code the non-profit will receive a check (After the trip is completed) for the base amount less any cancellations. Based on the volume of business the check will represent from 8%- 10% commission. 8% commission for the first 25 people booked, 9% commission for the next 25 people booked and 10% commission for every booking over 50. A family of 4 doing a 4 night ski trip staying in a condo will average over $2000.00 per booking. 10% of this is: $200 to your organization! In addition you have the opportunity to earn commission bonus's for every 100 skier days sold!
A great way to promote this is to promote your own event! Let's say the Heart Association wants to do a "Heart Association Ski Fiesta" at Durango Mountain Resort for example. I can coordinate with the ski resort and lodging options and include some fun things like: races, snowboard tricks, tubing hill fun etc...We can negotiate to share entry fees and/or activity revenues in order to get some of these amounts donated to your organization. In addition to raising money via the lodging and lift tickets you can also raise some via the events and promote your organization in an extremely fun manner to others who may be on the mountain skiing. If you wish to get a net rate to which you can build in a higher commission to increase your fundraising capabilities we can set this up this way as well.
